"Being a first time user, I was a bit off with my design within the given dementions. During the approval process, they contacted me immediately and helped me to meet the requirements. They also refunded me the Ink that was the same color of the shirt :) my order arrived several days earlier than the estimated delivery date! Super helpful indivuals! "This was my second time ordering from ooShirts. After their artist review of my uploaded image, I received an email from the artist saying that the front of the shirt did not have any "pop" to it. I called the next day and made adjustments and it was absolutely incredible. I had a deadline for this order and we adjusted the received day. The package came a day sooner than the original date and looked great. Their customer service is great and their work is awesome. Thanks ooShirts for a job well done."
