"Products are always done well, but I had some challenges with the design...and never heard back from an artist as was noted on the on-line form. I did provide input, which was "mostly" put in place...but didn't see a proof even after asking directly through CS to get one. They responded I clicked the "no proof" box, which I probably did, but when I immediately followed up was told I'd see one. Alls well that ends well, though. I'm happy with the product if not the process. I'll use this again."
