"The shirts came on time. Trying to track and reach out to the ooshirts team is a challenge. From proofs- to shipping, that process leave much to be desired on the customer end. In an email attempting to track my merchandise the form letter was missing all pertinent information to actually do me any good. The URL was missing for the tracking. "

"Logo looks perfect on the shirts. I would’ve liked to be able to proof each color of shirt with the logo as I ordered multiple colors. One of the colors was not the color I chose but a different blue... still looked good but just was not what I ordered"

"My t-shirts were not printed like the artwork I had submitted and approved. At first, I panicked. However, after speaking to a customer service rep and after they conducted a prompt investigation, I was informed that it was in fact a production error. My shirts were reprinted and sent back to me a week later. The delay was not an issue because I had submitted my order with time to spare. Mistakes happen - ooShirts made it right! I have ordered from ooShirts before and will definitely order from them again."

"I should have read the proof email closer and the description was off. Email stated image started 2.5" from collar. In reality it was closer to 4". This becomes an issue if the image get stuck into pants or over ones belly. My take is all images should start only 1 inch from the bottom of the collar. Otherwise the image looked good and the price was very fair for a Gildan shirt."
